Upon reservation a non-refundable 50% retainer fee deposit is required to start preparing for your event. The remaining balance is expected to be paid no later than a week before your event date. By Booking with happy Space Balloons and Entertainment clients agree that the retainer fee is non-refundable due to purchasing materials, labor allocation, and our commitment to reserve your date. Different forms of payments are accepted.

Happy space Balloons & entertainment requires a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice to book services. Additional fee will apply for events that are booked in less than 3 weeks and requires full non-refundable payment at time of booking. Your business is very important to us and Happy space Balloons & Entertainment do not want to disappoint our customers. Our team has the dedication to provide the best service in a timely manner to bring joy to our clients.

Rented items are expected to be returned in same condition. By renting with us customers agree they will take full responsibility of all rented items including the proper use and maintenance. In case of loss or damage items clients agree to re-compensate Happy Space balloons & entertainment the full retail value of the items. Upon booking a deposit fee of $150 and up is required depending on the items and fully refundable after return.

Happy Space Balloons & Entertainment understands life gets in the way or plans change. After booking our customers will have 48 hours to cancel the reservation to receive a full refund. After the 48 hours the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
